These terms govern your business's use of Fatoora Now. By creating an account, you agree to them.
By signing up for or using Fatoora Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Fatoora Now is a cloud-based POS and distribution platform covering sales, purchases, stock, accounts, order booker app, trade schemes and WhatsApp invoices, with each business provisioned its own separate database.
New businesses receive a free trial period as shown on the plan chosen at sign-up. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to use Fatoora Now only for lawful purposes related to running your business, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or another tenant's use of it.
After your trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription on one of our published plans, billed by card or by manual bank transfer/cheque as agreed. Fees are due per the billing interval of your chosen plan. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
You own the data you enter into your business's account. We do not access it except as needed to operate, secure, or support the platform, or as you request. On request, we can export or permanently delete your business's data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatoora Now is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, access to the service is discontinued; data export requests should be made before termination completes.
