Questions businesses ask before switching

Does every business get its own database?

Yes. Every business gets its own separate database and its own address (yourname.fatooranow.com). Your records are never mixed with another business.

Can it work without internet?

Yes. With the shop PC option the POS runs on your own computer and keeps selling offline; it syncs with the cloud (bookers, backups, reports) whenever the internet is back.

How do order bookers work?

Bookers install the Fatoora Now app on their phone, book orders and collect payments at the shop, even offline. Orders reach your office for approval and become invoices in one click.

How do I pay?

By card (Paddle), Safepay, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Upload the transfer slip from the Billing page and we activate it.

What happens after the trial?

Choose a plan and keep working; nothing is deleted. If a payment is late the POS pauses until it is paid, and your data stays safe.

Can we move between plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Your data and history stay exactly as they are.
