Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Fatoora Now ("we", "us") takes the privacy of every business, its customers and its staff on the platform seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected including the one thing that shapes everything else here: every business's data lives in its own separate database, never mixed with another business's.

1. Information We Collect

When a business signs up, we collect the business's name, chosen address, and the owning administrator's name and email. Within a business's own account, the business itself controls what it enters (products, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, staff and accounts) and that data belongs to the business, not to us. Card payments for subscriptions are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller; we never see or store card numbers.

2. Data Isolation Between Businesses

Each business that signs up is provisioned its own dedicated database. Records from one business are never queried, joined, or displayed alongside another business's there is no shared sales, stock or accounts table across businesses. This is an architectural guarantee, not just a policy statement.

3. How We Use Information

Central account information (business name, address, admin contact, billing/subscription status) is used to operate the platform: provisioning your business's database, sending billing and service notices, and providing support. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary to run the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing for a business's chosen billing method), and only to the extent needed for that service, or when required by law.

5. Data Security

Access to a business's database requires authentication scoped to that business. Payment gateway credentials and other secrets are stored encrypted. We recommend every business also follow good practice on its own side strong passwords, and limiting who holds admin access.

6. Your Rights

A business's administrator can request an export or deletion of their business's data at any time by contacting us. A business's customers, suppliers and staff should direct data requests to that business's administrator first, since the business controls that data.
