Subscription Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original subscription purchase. Trial period cancellations receive full refunds if canceled before trial expiration.
Service-Related Refunds
Technical failures preventing service usage for more than 48 consecutive hours, billing errors or duplicate charges, and services not delivered as described are eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Subscriptions used beyond the 30-day refund window, custom integration services, data export services that have been delivered, third-party fees, and services canceled due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.

Initial review takes 2-3 business days, decision notification within 24 hours, refund processing 5-7 business days, with additional 3-5 days for bank processing.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, account credit for future payments, or alternative payment method upon request and verification.

Partial refunds may be issued for prorated unused subscription periods, service downtime compensation, downgrade requests, and billing adjustments for service modifications.

Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and additional processing fees.
8. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service disruptions.

Upon approved refund and account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
